Where do you train?
There are several options. If you have a private fitness center in your building, I can travel to you, and we can use the facility within your building.
If this is not an option, you may want to invest in some fitness equipment to train privately in the comfort of your own home. Yes, right in your living room! The equipment is not costly, and most people would be surprised at what one can accomplish on the floor of their own living room.
If you feel more motivated outside of your home, I also train independently in a Manhattan fitness center. We can discuss utilizing this space, which features a plethera of exercise equipment, as well as lockers and showers.
How often should I train?
I recommend training two to three times per week, depending on how active you are on your own, and also depending on how disciplined you are. If you are moderately active (you work out on your own three or more times a week), two sessions is sufficient. If you are the type who would rather curl up when the alarm goes off instead of curling your biceps at the gym, or you don't work out unless someone is there telling you what and how to exercise, you should set up three sessions a week.
How much do you charge?
This depends on how frequently you train, and also where you train. If you have a private gym or train in your own home, and I am traveling to you, the cost is different than if we need to rent out space for our sessions. There are several space options available for use throughout Manhattan if you are unable to train in your home or home fitness center; prices vary according to which space we utilize. We can discuss these options based on your space, training frequency, and location.
