Eric Sand is a Manhattan-based personal trainer nationally certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Specializing in individual in-home private training, Eric can help you achieve your fitness goals in the privacy of your own home.

Eric's Fitness Philosophy
I believe fitness is a lifelong process. Setting short-term goals will help you increase your fitness levels, but you are never 'finished.' All of my clients continue to set goals and reach them. Once we reach our first goal, we look forward to progressing to the next goal. My training is based on principles of the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Most workouts give you a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT. My sessions focus on continually increasing stabilization, strength, and power through core, balance, resistance training for the major muscle groups (weight training), cardiovascular work, and stretching.
